1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Sports Evolution Asbl, located at 5, rue de la Gare, 8325 Capellen, Luxembourg ("we," "us," or "our"), as well as your registration for and participation in any camps, events, or activities booked through our Site. By accessing or using our website ("Site") or registering for a camp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site. 2. Use of the Website

You may use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality or interfere with other users' experience.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Site—including text, graphics, images, logos, videos, and software—is the exclusive property of Sports Evolution Asbl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content without our prior written consent.

4. Services, Registrations & Payments

Registrations for camps and events are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices, schedules, and service details may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking or payment in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you cancel your registration before we have placed the clothing order for your camp, you will receive a full (100%) refund. If you cancel after the clothing order has already been placed, the cost of the clothing package will be deducted from your refund. 6. Weather Policy

We do not cancel camps due to weather. For outdoor sports such as football, if conditions are unsuitable for outdoor activity, we switch to an indoor alternative program (including activities such as board games and table football tournaments) so the camp continues as planned. No refund applies in these cases, as the camp still takes place in full.

7. Health, Safety & Supervision

The safety and wellbeing of every participant is our priority. Camps are run with a supervision ratio of approximately [1 coach per 10 children], and coaches are briefed on basic first-aid procedures, with a first-aid kit available on-site at every camp. At registration, parents/guardians must provide accurate emergency contact information and disclose any relevant medical conditions or allergies. In the event of an accident, illness, or medical concern, we will contact the parent/guardian immediately and, where necessary, local emergency services. Participation in physical sporting activity carries inherent risks of injury; by registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks as they relate to normal participation in the relevant sport.

8. Children's Data, Photos & Communication

As part of registration, we collect personal information about the participating child, which may include name, date of birth, allergies, medical information, and an emergency contact. This information is used solely to ensure your child's safety and wellbeing during the camp and is not shared with third parties beyond our catering and coaching staff as needed. During camps, we may take photos and videos of participants for use in a private WhatsApp group created for that camp's parents and participants, and, with separate consent, on our website and social media (Instagram, TikTok). By registering, you consent to photos/videos being shared in the camp's private WhatsApp group. You may opt out of any public use (website, social media) at any time by emailing info@sportsevolution.lu. Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above and in line with applicable Luxembourg and EU data protection law (GDPR). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your child's data at any time by contacting info@sportsevolution.lu.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sports Evolution Asbl shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in any of our services. Use of the Site and participation in activities offered by us is at your own risk, save for injury or loss caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. (Change made: added the closing carve-out "save for injury or loss caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct" — a blanket liability waiver for a children's physical activity business is unlikely to be fully enforceable as originally worded, and Luxembourg consumer-protection principles generally don't allow excluding liability for gross negligence.
