Where It All Began
The pandemic had just taken away something simple but essential: kids playing together outside.
That gap sparked our idea: bring children back into a team, safely and joyfully, through sport.
Our very first football camp came together fast, almost by accident. By the time it ended, parents were already asking: "When's the next one?"
That question became our starting point.

Word had spread.
Players from our first camp came back, and new faces joined them.
With every camp, we sharpened how we planned, organised, and ran the days — turning a one-off idea into something families could rely on.
This was the year Sports Evolution stopped being an experiment and started becoming a habit.

Growing Faster Than We Expected
Demand caught up with us.
For the first time, we ran two camps in a single summer, and both sold out. We brought in Luxembourg national player Mathias Olesen for a live Q&A with the kids, who even donated two signed match jerseys as prizes.
It was also the year we stepped outside football for the first time, launching our first basketball camps, met with the same enthusiasm from day one.

Widening the Horizon
We wanted our camps to be about more than the pitch.
After our Easter football camp, we took players and their parents on a trip to Cologne to watch 1. FC Köln face FSV Mainz live at RheinEnergieStadion, swapping the training ground for the stands, together as one group.

Rain or Shine, Any Season
Some kids didn't want to stop when summer ended, so we didn't make them.
We ran our first indoor camp, keeping the games going through the colder months, and added a third sport to our lineup: Volleyball.
The response was overwhelming. For the first time, we had more interest than spots available.

Ten Camps and Counting
What started as a single football camp has grown into more than ten camps a year across three sports.
That growth brought new challenges in planning and logistics and we've met them the same way we always have: one well organised camp at a time, built around the same goal we started with in 2020: kids, playing together, having the time of their lives.

After a year of growth, we took the project to the next level. We expanded our sports camps to new locations across the country, giving even more children the opportunity to join, play and grow together.
At the same time, we focused on making the project more professional by strengthening our structure and creating an even better experience for children, parents and coaches.
What started as a small idea was becoming a growing sports project with a clear vision for the future.
